How we handle your files

I know handing over a spreadsheet often means handing over real numbers about your business too, things like pricing and costs. Here’s exactly what happens to it.

Your files land in one private Google Drive folder that only I can access. No team, no contractors, no one else in the loop. If I ever ask you for a quick Loom video walking through your spreadsheet or process, that gets treated exactly the same as any other file you send.

Everything is deleted 90 days after your project is complete, both from storage and any local copies. Want it sooner? Just ask.

Payment is handled entirely by Stripe. I never see or store your card number. Stripe takes it directly on their own secure checkout page, and all I get is your name, email, and the amount paid.

I don’t use client spreadsheets or business details as public examples or case studies without asking you first, and if I ever do, the real numbers get swapped out.

Sending something especially sensitive? An NDA is available upon request. Just say so before you upload anything.

Turnaround on Spreadsheet Triage is typically 3 business days from when your file is received. Builder and System projects get their own timeline once we’ve scoped the work.
