Before you send anything

Who sees my file? Only Kristin. No team, no contractors, no outsourcing. Full detail is on our Security page.

How long does it take? Spreadsheet Triage reports are delivered within 3 business days. Builder and System projects get their own timeline once we’ve scoped the work.

What if it doesn’t help? If we can’t find a usable improvement in your spreadsheet, we refund the Triage fee in full. Full policy is on our Terms of Service.

Do I need to get on a call? No. Everything happens over email. If something needs clarifying, we’ll ask you there.

Is this financial or tax advice? No. We work on the structure and logic of the spreadsheet itself, not accounting, tax, or legal advice. If a decision depends on that kind of accuracy, check with a licensed professional.
